Legal Paternity Testing

Need to know if you're the father?

Get the fast, secure, and accurate answers you need with a Legal Paternity Test

Non Legal Paternity Testing

When you need to know for your own personal knowledge, a non-legal DNA test will typically provide the answers you're seeking.

However, non-legal DNA test results are inadmissible and not allowed in Legal settings

Grandparent DNA Testing

The most common reason for grandparents to take a DNA test is to confirm the truth about a biological relationship.

Non-Legal test results are not admissible in legal settings.

TIP: If you think you may need results for court in the future, we suggest you do a legal test first, so you only have to test once.

Legal Grandparent DNA Testing

If your DNA result need to hold up in court due to name change, custody or any other legal matter, then a legal DNA test is necessary.

Siblingship DNA Testing

When two people are trying to determine if they share the same father and the father is not available for paternity testing, a sibling DNA test is an effective alternative. This test determines whether two people are full siblings, half- siblings, or do not share a sibling relationship.

UNCLE/AUNT DNA TESTING

Avuncular testing is used when the sample for the alleged father cannot be obtained. The child is then compared to the alleged father's siblings (the child's alleged aunt or uncle).

Testing can be performed between just the child and one of aunts/uncles, although we recommend providing a sample for the mother to improve the statistics and limit the chance of obtaining inconclusive results.

What You Need to Know About Post-Mortem DNA Paternity Testing

A post-mortem paternity DNA test is a specialized genetic test conducted after an individual has passed away to determine biological relationships, specifically paternity. This test involves collecting DNA samples from the deceased individual's remains, and possibly from biological relatives for comparison. Through advanced DNA analysis, the test can confirm or exclude paternity with a high level of accuracy. Post-mortem paternity DNA tests are often sought in cases of inheritance disputes, estate settlements, or for personal reasons such as establishing biological relationships.

Infidelity DNA Testing

Is your partner or spouse a cheater or a sneaky link?

It's time you take matters into your own hands.

An Infidelity test is a DNA test that compares two samples to determine if there is unknown DNA found on an article or item.

It provides reliable evidence in cases of suspected infidelity. You provide an item such as an undergarment or a used condom. We perform a cheek swab on you to eliminate your DNA. The

results will tell you how many other sets of DNA were found on the object and whether those DNA samples are male or female.

DOT Drug Testing

Adhering to DOT 49 CFR Part 40 is extremely important for organizations and individuals subject to Department of Transportation regulations, particularly those involved in safety-sensitive transportation industries such as aviation, trucking, railroads, mass transit, pipelines, and maritime.

Drug and alcohol use can impair an employee's ability to perform safety- sensitive duties, increasing the risk of accidents and injuries.

The Department of Transportation mandates a 5-panel drug test including cocaine, PCP, opiates, marijuana, and amphetamines. Lab Lady Mobile Testing Services offers on-site testing at your convenience.
